      I rushed to get to this bank on a Friday before 6pm, when the branch closed. I got there at 5:54. All of the drive thru slots were CLOSED! I drove around to the lobby, which was closed, as well, and saw the bank employees in there. I called in and went to voicemail. I called corporate. As I was on hold, one of the women who was inside came running out and got in her car. She must have forgotten something, because she ran back inside. As I was still on hold, I saw the 2 women inside looking directly at me. The lady then ran out again, got into her car, and peeled out of the parking lot. As long as I sat there, the other lady didn't come out. The corporate office got voicemail, too!

      They automatically switched our accounts to them and then debit cards no longer worked, I called their customer service and they said they had no time frame for when it will be resolved. I assured them at the next business day we will be resolving it by moving our banking elsewhere
