      I called Truliant after noting some suspicious charges on my account. The customer service rep who worked with me was... AMAZING. She kept me on hold while she did all the background work to see what the issues were. She was pleasant and incredibly kind for someone whom I am sure spends most of her day troubleshooting and dealing with frustrated people. (I know I was concerned and frustrated when I called in.) I think her name was Donita. Thank you, Donita for your kindness, patience, and getting everything resolved for me today. You are amazing at your job! Truliant is blessed to have you.

      I have been trying for days to get someone on the phone to discuss a mistakenly missed payment. I am transferred to "specialist " and never actually speak to anyone . Each call 45 minutes to and hour. 3 or 4 different people and never any actual help. Still trying to get someone. Even left my name and number and noone has returned my call.
