  Run as fast as you can! Bank ATM never works, and the only private ATM available to use other than the bank atm, that never works, is 16 miles away. If you use a foreign atm, not int their network, they decline the transaction and charge you $3.00 for the decline. They have refunded 13 charges after I called but continue to charge $3.00 because they continue to decline every attempt I make to try to get money out my account. They are fraudulently taking money for declining me. Their customer service guy said they can't tell if I wasn't making a balance inquiry because the atm doesn't tell them what I was trying to do at the atm. He said he was going to believe me this time and credit my account. I have never been charged for a decline at any other bank. He then said I probably need new atm card because sometime the chip is defective. I thunk this bank is defective!

  To whom it may concern, The worst banking experience ever. I recently bought a new vehicle and thankfully not with Iberia bank. My previous vehicle unfortunately was financed through them. I traded that vehicle in and the dealership paid off the vehicle. Iberia bank had received payment and I went out of my way to check to make sure they received it. They assured me multiple times that the scheduled payments would not pull from my account. I went out of my way again to make sure it could not pull from my account by moving the money to my savings for the time being. I get an email from the Iberia Bank stating that the bank tried to pull payment but my account had insufficient funds. I went back to the bank to make sure that they would resolve the issue. They again assured me that they would deal with it. The next day I got paid in the middle of the night and Iberia Bank pulled the payment from my account after reassuring me multiple times that it would not happen. I go to the bank again to let them know what had happened and that I had been there previously and assured that it was all taken care of. They screwed up and received payment. Now I am forced to wait for the bank to MAYBE send me a check for the amount they received for no reason. On top of dealing with the people at the bank, I called Customer service multiple times and no one had a clue what was going on or how to deal with it. DO NOT BANK HERE!
