      I called the service center of the bank about the online service issues of checking account. It took over 20 mins for the wait of the counselor on the phone, i was totally exhausted, they never answered. So i visited the First tn bank . She, the representative, called the center to help me for resolving the problem of online issues. I waited over 1 hour while she was on the phone for waiting the service center helper. And she just said , "so many customers are calling the service center." I think the center need more more representatives . It takes so so long, horrible!! crazy.!!! She never say sorry for that, and said" ' try again tomorrow!!' it was a terrible experience!! i dont want to be back there!! So uncomfortable.
