      Low class tacky experience ! The branch manager refused to open a business account for me even though I have two accounts and years of business with iberiabank. I went online and applied with no problems and got my business account. I came into the branch to get my portal turned on an she started yelling across the open lobby about a charged off personal account I had and how they will give third and second chances to anyone. She was publicly trying to humiliate me at the bank where she is branch manager. Horrible customer service and no decency whatsoever. How does a person who behaves that way in public with professional clients remain as a branch manager?? What a low-class tacky old hag.

      A fraud company not a legitimate bank. Their ATM machine turned off blank right after I inserted my ATM and entered the PIN number and amount to get $200.00 cash. My account was debited $203.00 for the money I never received from their machine. This is a new kind of bank fraud. When I went inside an employee said : Oh.. yes it happens to noncustomers. I am filing a complaint against them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau with a police report to get my money back.
