      Once we zeroed in on a house, we had to close in 29 days. We did shop around both online and spoke to banks. Everyone was so skeptical to close so soon or were not sure. But Mamta was so confident to close and so she did. She closed in 29 days and the process was so smooth and meticulous right from documents sharing to keeping you in the loop for most competitive rates. She was wonderful.       The beginning of knowledge is the discovery of something we do not understand. And that's what Mamta from Pure Lending helped us with. I am a first time home-buyer and she explained the end-to-end home financing process in a very simplistic way and guided us throughout the process.       Mamta was a pleasure to work with all the way through. To start with Mamta got preapproval letters done overnight and made it simple. We got our First Mortgage sorted out with in 3 weeks from offer date. What was really good was how Mamta helped simplify the process, took a step back to explain how things work and what's very critical and what's not so much and next steps. Communication is fantastic to keep us posted every step of the way. Folks who work for her also are very responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend her to my friends and family and for our beach house hopefully :)
