      Went into the bank for assistance.. met with Paula who was very loud when discussing my personal information. I found that to be highly unprofessional. She was unable to help me and instead sent me to what is considered my “home bank” which was another location. However, when I got there, I was informed that she actually could’ve assisted me. It wasn’t a surprise to me as it seemed like I was a huge bother for her. I found much more pleasant people at the “home bank” that I was sent to and thankfully they were able to assist me and were very friendly in doing so. I won’t be using this location anymore!
