      IF YOU USE THIS BANK PLEASE READ, YOU MAY BE GETTING OVERCHARGED!! Went to cash a check issued by their bank, first horizon. Was told it was a fee of 1.5% of the check to cash a check issued from their bank, the check was for $1,200.00, the bank teller charged me $20, $2 more then the 1.5% I was told, which was only $18, when I called them I was told "the teller must have done the math in her head" so, the tellers can't do simple percentages and it seemed like no big deal to anyone working there, what a terrible bank HAVE YET TO RECOVER THE $2.00!! Beware of this bank and its employees!!

      Been banking with them for years and I'm sick and tired of the ridiculous fees and charges. Family members say the same thing. One of my family members was charged over $400, a little each month out of here money market account due to inactivity. She didnt know anything about it until she found out the account had been emptied. They THEN charged her $60 just to close the account. Banking shouldn't cost this kind of money.
