      This is for all Truliant locations! The fact that you CANNOT contact a branch without having to go through an hour wait time through the 800 number is ridiculous!!! I only bank here because of my husband and I despise the fact that when you want to speak to someone you cannot. There is no customer service relationship with the account holder in this process.

      Keeps you waiting forever, and on top of that they FORCE you to come inside if you're not a active member, no drive-thru for you you peon, even if you are doing business for a active member, which basically increases chances of getting Covid since you have to get out of your safe vehicle and enter a room full of people.
