      I’ve always had a great experience with the Millington branch. I’ve dealt with them the past 20 yrs. Never had an issue. They are always nice and kind.

      I have been a customer with this bank for over 10 years. Today I was told they would refund the 185 overdraft fee and I talk to someone at my bank and they inform me they can't. The fact that a customer service rep did but the branch won't tells me they don't want to try and make a customer happy. Do not use this bank go else where. I will soon be leaving myself. When I told them I would they just laughed they do not care about the customers anymore.

      Horrible management! Bad advice/info! Pass this branch up and go to Poplar Plaza location...never had to deal with such incompetence!!!
