  I have used this bank since it was bank of America and everyone so I have been with them through all of the transitions. All of the employees are really nice and helpful no matter what you come in to do.

  (Updated 6/16/21): After much ado, and the fact that it was impossible to get a simple business account elsewhere in town during Covid, I gave First Horizon a 2nd shot. We finally managed to get a business account open, although my two accounts still can't talk to each other. However, Melanie, our banking person, has been fantastic at helping us around the hurdles. She manages transfers and other customer service for us, and is fantastic. She does everything with a smile. So I am upgrading my original 2 star rating to 3 stars to better reflect my current interactions with First Horizon. If I can get my two accounts linked in the future, I'll bump this to 4 stars. My wife and I love the folks at this bank, and this is nothing against them. We have a personal account here. We are starting a new business in town, and wanted a business checking account at our local bank. After shuffling a lot of paper in the drive thru (bank is still closed due to Covid even though essentially everything else is open), after 6 weeks First Horizon was unable to create the online portion of our account. As I do essentially all our banking online, this was a dealbreaker. We're especially sad as now I need to figure out how to open a business checking account at another bank, which is way more hassle than having multiple accounts at a single institution.

  The workers there are good with customers but some of them makes mistakes with your money and then I got too pay for they mistakes,that's not right I'm getting a lawyer for this mess!!!
