      Poor communication, savings and CD rates well below average, outrageous fees. Do your banking somewhere else. Also, no one locally or on the customer service line knew what SCRA was while I was on Active Duty.

      Do not ever, and I mean EVER, bother applying for a bank account with a company that uses Chexsystems. This scoring system for banking is arbitrary, incorrect, and discriminatory. They should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a third party company decide a fate when it comes to banking. We have no outstanding bank issues and have had the same previous bank (one of the largest in the world) for almost a decade. No one deserves to continuously be declined a way to manage their money from a bank that doesn't even bother to get to know their customer's banking history personally and instead just resorting to this magic number another company pulls out of their butt. Do not bank with these people!
