      Even though I have not any issues with the staff at my local branch facility, anything associated with online access is a disaster. The bank staff has been very professional and accommodating, however, every time I attempt to login in to my account, I receive an error message preventing me from logging in. No problems with my accounts at other banks, only with First Horizon have I had an issue. Decided to close my accounts and go elsewhere.

      We have been a long time customer of the bank, as i was concerned about the merger the bank staff reassured us that everything would be the same as before. All the staff is extremely helpful. Today we called Harmony on a charge we were unsure of and within 15 mins i had a call back with all the info needed. I love that when walking in or even in the drive thru they know our names immediately and treat us like family. Thanks
