  Very unprofessional. Went into this location today, I was treated like a criminal by the teller Troy. I was simply making a mortgage payment, I was told by Troy that my payment method declined… and I needed to step outside of the bank to use there ATM TO WITHDRAW the funds. Than come back into the bank a make my payment in cash. Mind you he never even swiped my card to begin with and I know this because I receive notifications every time my card is used. Troy Held my debit card like it was trash in my face. And the lady that was attempting to help me was clueless as to what she was doing. I needed assistance transferring funds. And she couldn’t even do that. (At least she acted as if she didn’t know how to do it) But she made sure to get up out of her seat to stand over the teller Troy shoulder to monitor my entire transaction .They made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. Very Racist location.

  Racist I will not EVER return to this bank I was profiled the minute I walked through the door. I was treated like a criminal all for trying to cash a check my lawyer was appalled and had never had any of his clients treated the way I was. I'll make sure that everyone of color knows that this place is racist please Bank elsewhere. I'm disgusted and hurt.

  Better than most other Iberia Branches (2nd to Veterans - they're the best); but I digress. This branch is off the beaten path, but it's usefulness is astounding. I love the night deposit is in front of the door, as this provides a "sense" of safety when I'm dropping money in the wee hours of the night (I know that's not safe). Friendly tellers & bank representatives are eager to help. Ample parking; not functional drive thru.
