      Why is it always such a long wait and I'm always the only one in line? Are we short on workers? It's always at least five people working just super slow for no reason. I have three different banks and this is the one that I hate coming to the most.

      Very unprofessional to say the least. The teller continuously had to ask a coworker for help and advice throughout the process. Leaving me at the desk waiting without even letting me know that she’d be right back. She was also saying my business loud enough for other customers to hear, I know this because I could hear every word said while still waiting at the counter for her return. I did not care at the time to get her name, but she was wearing an Iberia Bank shirt and Home Depot jacket so obviously she was confused at what job she was present at. Will not return to this location again.
