      First Horizon did not deliver checks as promised when they assumed Suntrust's accounts and when I went into the branch to ask for certified checks to pay bills, the teller told me they would be $8.00 per check. On October 19, 2020, I signed a release for the deed on my home equity loan. It is now March 31, 2021 and I am still waiting for the release. I am taking time off from my internship this morning to deal with this. Additionally, I left a written message on their site shorty after the merger addressing my concerns; I have never received a reply. (I'm only giving them one star because it will not let me post with zero stars.)

      Suntrust was better. First Horizon's web experience is terrible. The app is glitchy. The local folks are super friendly and nice, but the institution leaves me cold.
