      I absolutely love first horizon! The customer service is always great and it feels good to be known on a first name bases vs another customer. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist you. I highly recommend !

      This bank doesn't deserve the one star you have to put to comment but Jamie who is supposed to be a branch manager was extremely rude uncaring and disrespectful I was trying to cash a CASHIERS check and emphasize cashiers because she refused to cash it for me without putting a hold on it!! Who puts a hold a guaranteed funds??????I got to the bank before closing and she said because after debating with me why she didn't want to cash it, it could have been fraud, the bank was closed now and she did not want to take the time to verify it that I could go the bank it was drawn on yet I have account here!! Go figure!! As she continues to say she is closed she cutting of lights walking away saying sorry she was leaving very rude!!! I know I was stereotyped here in this situation but she'll swear I wasn't but I was but just know this manager has no intentions on going above and beyond for her customers just a heads up!!
