      I love this bank.. if I call they knw my name when I walk in everyone greets you by name.. I had one situation I didnt like how it was handled but it want this location but overall it's the best since I been in Tennessee

      This isn’t specific to this location but to First Horizon in general in regards to who can come in and who must use a drive thru. To walk up to the door and be told for just deposits that they are handling in the drive thru made no sense when no one was helping anyone inside. Unless there is some magical portal I travel through via the drive thru that makes the check I’m depositing accessible to me immediately versus having to wait 3-5 days for the check to clear is not customer driven. If I wanted non human interactions there are a few better options then brick mortar stores in the banking world. Can we all stop blaming this simply on coronavirus and more on saving $$$ but not passing on to our customers
