      Very helpful when inquiring about anything related to banking here or your accounts! All staff is nice and I have been banking here for quite some time now and never had any issues! I like first horizon better than any other bank I've ever used in the past. They have longer hours on Fridays and do what is necessary to make your banking process as fast and easy as possible.

      I started banking here at the first horizon in Newport a year and a half ago. I always loved first Tennessee in dandridge, and since they are affiliated I was hoping for that same or at the very least be respectful to their customers,even Thier less fortunate customers, I myself have been treated with disrespect disrespect by several of their employees and Thier loan manager. I've even seen the looks glares and rudeness to other customers that aren't as preppy as they are. I have started banking at Newport Federal, and I m much happier for it
