      If I could give 0 stars I would. Your money is not safe at First Horizon. A large amount of money was taken from a savings account and Transferred somewhere else. Even though banks have a paper trail, they still can’t tell me where it went. My account also was not flagged. I almost didn’t catch it in time. Customer service is horrible. It took almost a month to get it back. Even after changing passwords and information we got taken for again. I immediately called the fraud department and they didn’t care. Finally I called back a second time and after 45 minutes I Finally was able to get all my accounts frozen and cards turned off. What a joke of a bank. The customer service inside the bank also awful. They could care less.
