      I have been banking with First Horizon Bank, formerly known as Capital Bank, since I moved here in 2013. Every interaction, regardless of the need, has been friendly, cooperative, and met my expectations for a bank. The branch manager Colleen is very helpful, takes care of your banking questions and needs in a very friendly, knowledgeable and timely manner. This is more like a small town bank where you get to know the employees and they know and remember you. I like not just being a face or a number at the "big" banks. People have to remember that this past year has been extremely stressful for businesses including the banking industry. Getting and keeping employees is not easy today. So if you have a newbie as a teller give them a break.

      Worst bank ever. Employees are slow, rude and unknowledgable. It takes this bank more than a week to do what any other bank could do in 24 hours. Limited bank locations are very inconvenient. Company does not adhere to business hours posted on front door. Atm fees are outrageous .Bank has changed its name so many times i cant remember its original name. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. I regret having anything to do with this dishonest bank.
