      My complaint is the quality of service. My savings account isn't connected to my online banking like it should be. It was hard to even set up my online account I reached out 16 days ago and again 11 days ago and still haven't received a response from customer service.

      Be CAREFUL about using their ATM. The ATM has not been working for a few days. Last night it was working again. Put my card in, and it failed and said temporarily out of service. It took over two min for the machine to give back my card. I'm glad I did not leave before the miracle of getting my card back since it was after banking hours. I live in the area, so today, I went back during banking hours and asked the cashier if I put my ATM card in the machine, and it did not give me back my card, would they get my card out of the ATM to give it back to me. The cashier said: "no, you will have to get a new card." She didn't have anything else to say. I had the impression that she was saying "if our machine keeps your card, you are screwed, and we will not help you out." Strange policy. I want to bring this to people's attention to avoid using this ATM and possibly going through the hassle of losing your card. A Wells Fargo two blocks away has a functioning ATM and parking.
