      Do NOT even consider getting a construction loan by First Horizon. Their insensitivity around Covid, supply chain & labor shortages demonstrates their lack of customer centricity. In the Florida Keys, the residential monitoring team harassed us consistently. They hosted empty threatening and bullying calls, letters, all stating that they would not fund work already started or completed that they committed to only because we did not complete project in one year. It took a huge toll on our family. We raced and settled on subpar materials, labor to meet their deadlines and after all, they did NOTHING! Why? Because they couldn’t! There is a pandemic, and I’m not the only project delayed. Thank you HoriZon for turning our dream into sleepless nights!

      Undoubtedly but the worst experience I've ever had in a bank. They froze my account told me they couldn't unfreeze it gave me the runaround for 2 weeks. The icing on the cake is when they call and tell me they are closing my account and to come pick up a check. Sweet sweet freedom.
