Hands down, THE BEST mortgage experience I have ever had. To put that in perspective, I was a mortgage loan office for over a decade so I know what I'm talking about. From start to finish, this entire process went off without a hitch. I knew exactly what was expected of me, what was happening with my loan, what me fees were going to be, and when we would be closing. Everything was perfectly smooth. In particular, I want to recognize Roxanne for her tremendous help. She is a rockstar. She responded to each and every request very quickly, kept me up to speed on the entire process, and was simply a pleasure to work with. She is the best Loan Coordinator I have ever worked with. We love our new home and First Integrity played a huge part in that!
