      We have had issues with this place from the beginning. When we get our tax money we’re taking it out and closing this account. I’m done with this place

      I can never get someone from this branch to answer their direct line or call back after leaving a voicemail. Turn around on basic paperwork that should take only minutes takes them days. Finally I call the customer service line and get told it will take 5 DAYS for them to send me paperwork that will list the steps I need to take to cancel my mortgage insurance? 5 days just for the instructions, that's ridiculous. Considering how long it takes them to return a call I guess I should consider myself lucky it's only 5 days.
