      One of the worst companies, go elsewhere. I just found out First Interstate Bank and First American Title did not correctly do my deed with a re-finance. What they provided the county had mistakes all over it, and they split my property in two without my knowledge or consent resulting in an overdue tax bill. Know your legal property description before doing any business with these two "business" entities, and watch every piece of paper they put in front of you. I will never do business with these people again!
