      At first I thought this was a great bank until I had to go inside to do my banking. I have had the worst experiences in the branch in Stroudsburg with the tellers always being so nosey. Then today really topped all the other bad experiences I’ve had. A teller held my check up to the light to make sure it wasn’t fake then wanted to know where I got it from! I’ve been at this bank for years and they slap a two day hold on my check because they think it’s fake. All because I am what I am.

      I'm actually shocked at the low rating of this bank. I have no issues with my account here. I only have a checking and savings though and I'm a very easy client (direct deposit, occasional in-person deposits, etc.) I never have any issues. I give 4 stars instead of 5 cause about 6 years ago I didn't have direct deposit set up with my job, Walmart, so I got my check in cashed at the money center. The money center gave me 200$ of counterfit bills. I felt like I was made a spectacle to all of the bank and they definitely were judging me even though I told them where it was from. The took my money and gave me no documentation of the confiscation. I get why they confiscate it but I need something in writting...also I'm a victim of counterfeiting, they could have been a little nicer. Anyways that was 6 years ago, it is what it is. But I do tell people that story all the time when I recommend them. I still recommend them but watch out for counterfits, they assume you made them lol
