      It was great working with Hua. He provided the best available rates for us. I guess that's the first thing most of us are looking after. He was very professional, and kept us informed of everything. For all the documents, he went through every single item with us and explained the terms very clearly. They also had a quick turnaround. It took them a couple of weeks to get the loan approved with just a few items pending, which they didn't have control, such as home inspection. We'll come back again to him when we have any future lending needs.
