      InTouch Credit Union is a home to contain my financial needs. MS Stella understood what I needed and fashoned my financial needs appropriately. Needless to say my Chase account has been closed and InTouch is my new home.

      Recently opened a account with them. They took so long to open an account. First person I spoke was new and did not know the answers to my question. I was connected to another person and she was good. When I have to make the payment, I asked them for the options and they said they can accept credit card. But did not tell me it was going to be cash advancement which caused so much of trouble for me. I saw a cash advancement fee in my CC and did not know what happened and have to follow up and ended up paying interest charge too. Lack of communication was worrisome! They definitely did not make a good first impression!

      Lack of communication Lack of empathy Had Goyugi Sia tell me credit union would pay fees IF THEY were at fault but they usually aren’t. I don’t need to know what usually happens I’m confused and concerned about what’s regarding my situation.
