      I've spoken with the manager 2X about a problem with one of our accounts. She has given me different info each time and assures me the issue will be corrected. She told me she would monitor the account and call me back. She did not call back and the issue is still not corrected. Trying to resolve now through the 800 CS #. 40+ years with this branch but CS has truly tanked.
