      I have been banking with this company for nearly 20 years. Usually they are fast a curtious. Today, after 18 years of receiving change from them, they tell me that is against their store policy because the company I work for does not bank with them even though I was cashing a check from said company at the time. This is the first time this has ever happened. I offered that I could just withdraw the money from my account then, and they refused to bank with me even if it was my own money. Very disapointed. Doug Landis. I was contacted by a customer service rep about these issues. He was very helpful and I have had no issues since.

      2 stars because the customer service is solid. But on the flipside of that coin...the ATM always has issues. Out of 30 days, 20 of those days a function on the ATM is down...I don't understand.
