      If I could give zero stars I would. This branch specifically will tell you one thing and deny it later. Extremely quick to charge you fees even if the problem was on their behalf and will actually argue with you when you try to explain to them why they were wrong instead of fixing the problem. Sadly this was not the first time but it will surely be the last. Horrible customer service.

      Bad service from people who don't know their jobs. We were with Citizens for decades and never had problems like this. Imagine going into a bank to pay off your mortgage and THEY MAKE A MISTAKE DOING THAT, a mistake so bad it left a balance on our account which of course was accumulating daily interest for them. We're outta there! I'd give them zero stars if I could.
