      Nataliya was helping me open a bank account. I would’ve rated 5 stars if nataliya wasn’t rude to me. 1st, she asked for my SSN out loud, only to check if I ever had a bank account with them and to check that I did not have a remaining balance. After I told her multiple times that it was my first time at the bank. After that, I gave her my student ID. She proceeds to tell me that anyone can pretend to be a student. I proceeded to tell her my school name and city and my major and my weekly schedule. She was rude and I hope she reads this review and learns how to treat future customer. Bottom line.. she treated me like I was a cockroach opening a bank account !
