I recently had the pleasure of having her as my loan officer during a recent refinance experience and will recommend her to anyone I can. She goes above and beyond and makes her clients priority #1!

      Nice workers in person, but absolutely zero phone support. I had an account issue using the website so I tried calling several times, waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time, tried multiple branches, but I got nothing other than the annoying repetitive hold music and useless advertisements. No one ever answers the phone or their phone system is broken.
