      This location has been updated inside and it has a really professional feel. I’ve met with the staff here on a particular project that was meant to support the community and the bank was really helpful in their financial support of the initiative. The leadership at this location was really kind and supportive. If you’re a local business that is considering using First Midwest as your bank, then I recommend scheduling an appointment and meeting their team for yourself.

      ATM sucked my $200 back and they say they have no access to. I feel robbed with no empathy. Barb branch manager says oh well dispute with your bank. Really? Really?

      Terrible company. Do not bank with First Midwest. There's nothing wrong with the local people, but the bank itself is hard to work with and takes forever to process any changes to your account. I've been trying to change my name with them for almost a year and it still hasn't gone through. They were much better when they were NB&T.
