  Terrible service. Don’t bank with first Midwest. Insane wait times to the point you’re not even sure if they’re aware you are there waiting

  I had a humiliating experience going to this bank as a pedestrian. 9/28/20 I waited about 10 minutes in line just to be told when I got to the window I could not be waited on because it was hazardous to me. I understand she did it for my safety but what I did not understand why she could have waited on me instead of putting me out of line to go to the third lane where the pedestrians go.she could have told me next time to go in the last lane and still waited on me since I was already there .When I arrived there I had 35 minutes to take care of my business and had to wait in a second line for a addition 8 minutes plus run 3 blocks over to catch a bus. This bank has bad reviews and I see why. I usually go on jefferson st near my job but I went there big mistake. The one on jefferson st. Never have treated me like that and I stood in there line many times. I reported it to the management who said she would look into it but not even sure about that. Smh. Please be careful if you have to go there. I came very close to pulling my money from there
