      Would not recommend! Jim Baker offered to return appraisal fee if he could not get the total amount of cash out we needed during a refinance. He was not able to get the amount we needed for home repairs because his appraiser did not get to the number he thought and when I asked for the $400 fee to be returned he continues to put me off. Now he doesn't even take my calls. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will only work with people that do what they say they will do.
