      Been with this bank for 5 years. Sierra and Nikki have always been very friendly and outgoing. Sad when people leave that you feel comfortable doing business with. Unfortunate to read some of these FAKE reviews about Sierra. She must have a hater hiding behind the keyboard! Not fair to the bank and all the customers who appreciate her compassion and willingness to help. I appreciate the past 5 years with Nikki as my personal banker and the last 3 ish with Sierra. First mountain bank needs to dispute the fake reviews, have them investigated and get them removed.

      I tried to open up a bank account and Sierra attended me and was extremely rude. She was completely disrespectful. When I would ask a question she would ignore me. You lost a customer. I'll be taking my business somewhere else. You guys need better customer service.

      Alexander M. I'd like to say I'm sorry your experience with the bank I manage. I'd like to discuss you being hacked 2 times as that would be an extreme rarity and review of informationreadily accessible to me revealed nothing of the kind happened to you. We take our customers right to secrecy very seriously and an allegation of me telling others my customers information is not accurate. I trust the customers of the bankagree with me that information about customers is not spread to anyone for any reason. Again, I feel you and I should discuss your concerns.
