      The staff have been nothing short of terrific! They personally helped us through account transfers after the untimely death of my brother. Because of their kindness and professionalism, we have closed accounts across 3 different banking institutions and transferred all the assets into First National Bank. I would encourage you to do the same.

      Their ATM (in their drive thru) wouldn't return my card. The PIN number was correct and it acted like everything was fine and the transactioon was going through. It is a card from their bank. When my wife went to the branch to get it back she was told that the ATM had been taking customer cards all week but that they were NOT ALLOWED TO PUT UP A SIGN INFORMING CUSTOMERS OF THAT FACT!!!!! The ATM also debited my account for the money I tried to withdrwawal but never received. Even though my wife was there and is on the account I have to go into the branch to sign a complaint form to get my money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      One of the worst customer services I have experienced. The cashier and manager both try to ignore customers. Please be away from this branch. They always give hard time when I go for service there. Zero customer services. I feel sorry for them...
