      It's a bank but other than that.. Customer service is condescending and moderately helpful at best. I've had much better experiences at Wells Fargo and that's not saying a whole lot. It's definitely not a bank on the side of small business that is compassionate to growing pains. The website is super glitchy and terrible. The ATMs are ridiculous to use. Deposits go in slow and debits come out fast. It's like we went back in time 20 years in banking here.

      Never ever do any credit card processing through this bank. They will charge you for services they don't provide. This place was fantastic as Yadkin but not so much now. The staff at the branch are all very nice. The credit card group is a bunch of incompetent crook's, the worst I've ever seen. Maybe ok for personal banking.
