      DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK!!! Unwilling to work with their customers and extremely greedy. Worst banking customer service I’ve ever experienced, along with one of the most out of date online banking interfaces.

      This bank is absolutely the worst. Worst staff ever. The way they act to me is just ridiculous. The manager pretty much called me a thief. I would not recommend this bank to anyone Update. Now they are charging me an overdraft fee every week. When the manager refused to come out when I came in to close my account this should look good for me in court.

      Not sure what's going on with this bank. However, went into this bank to open a business account and was told I had the wrong LLC document received from the NC secretary of State which I had the correct document. After leaving we contacted the branch back and spoke to the manager of the branch and they was suppose to look into this matter and she never return my call so we took our business elsewhere. They just didn't know what type of deposit customer they lost! Investigate this bank before doing business with them.
