  As of August 27, 2021, this Boalsburg branch of FNB is closing. Customers are being referred to the FNB branch at Hills Plaza Office, 1811 South Atherton Street, State College. The outside ATM will remain open "...for a period of time" after closure of the inside operations.

  I was charged for their paper statements for many months after setting up my online account and expressly stating I didn't want them but they continued to charge me for this service but never sent me any paper statements. Then I moved but kept my bank. They continued to charge me for this service that I was not receiving. It's a small charge so I didn't catch it until I had to double check that a payment actually went through and spotted it. It turns out that my branch had received multiple notices that I was not receiving these statements in the form of return mail. They NEVER contacted me about this but continued to charge me for this service though they knew I wasn't receiving the service I was paying for. I contacted thr district manager and he reminded the situation. Out of curiosity I never updated my account to see if they would send me a new paper statement to my address or continue their shady practice of robbing me of my money for a service they never planned on giving me and low and behold thy continued to do so!!! The final straw was when they sent me junk mail to my new address but never sent me the mail i was paying for! I don't know if the is FNB practices but the experience was so disgusting to me that I refuse to use this bank because of this branches services. I only hope that others see this and refuse to use boalsburg branch FNB as well. Absolutely disgusting practices going on here.
