      They only thing good about this bank is that they had heat! I walked into the bank to get a change exchange from 2- $100 bills for 4- $50’s. They would not exchange for me since I was an out of Towner and did not have a account with them. They claimed it was against there policy. So I ask to see a manager. While I sat and waited patiently for 20 minutes. The branch manager said the same thing with out any explanation of “ there policy”... So as I was becoming frustrated from ignorance of my time, I asked to see the written policy. He told me there wasn’t! Wow! This sounds like discrimination to me. Merry Christmas and Have a happy new year. I hope you bank branch does as well as the policy holds out!

      Hate this bank! They never work with the customers and still operate like the 1930’s. Take your business to Citizens or PNC.
