      Generally friendly, helpful employees. However, I would like to know why there is only 1 drive thru lane open on a busy Friday afternoon? Bad enough that Huntington closed my branch, but now the next closest has this problem:(

      Horrible customer service. Both ATMs out of service so everyone just waits in a line for nothing. I went inside to tell them and it was very apparent they don't care. 10 min+ waits everytime. Switch banks and go to PNC or Citizens where they care about their customers. I did and am very happy that I did.
