      Eileen the bank manager and the rest of the staff there are GREAT! If we ever need anything or have questions they are quick at getting the right answer. May not be same day but they always get the right answer which is the most important thing. They return phone calls and very friendly when you call or go to the bank. This FNB has top notch customer service!

      I was upfront about situation, applying for HELOC. I explained it’s time sensitive. Today, after 2 weeks, Catherine goes back to items discussed day one with another manager. She was rude on the phone, I said never mind, and soon after notified FNB submitted inquiry on credit anyway? I’ve wasted week, trying to go the easy route. She was rude enough that I’ll be moving all accounts to new bank next week. 2 stars cause I do like others that work at this Branch.
