      I have been with the Linville branch of First National Bank of Pennsylvania for almost 3 years. I am pleased to say they are very customer friendly and pleasant to deal with. They are large enough to provide any services that might be needed but small enough to value each customer. If it is necessary to contact the main office, the personnel there are equally, or perhaps even more, customer friendly. I only have high regards and respect for this bank and highly recommend it.

      We recently transferred to this bank. When we sat down to sign off on the paperwork, they had misspelled my name. I inquired twice if they'd be sure to correct it before any finalization and was assured they would. Got my debit card in the mail--misspelled. Got our checks--misspelled. We've only been with them less than a month, but so far, they've done little to boost my confidence.

      I've been banking here for about four years and never had any complaints. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help if you have any questions or issues. There are just a few things I would like to see them offer that they currently don't but overall they have the services I personally need in a bank. If you're looking for a new bank because of problems with your current one or just looking for one in this area, I highly recommend First National Bank in Linville.
