      I have never had a more positive experience at a bank than I have had at this specific branch. The ladies inside have made our business experience an absolute pleasure. Always positive and friendly, they take the time to get to know you personally and feel like family every time you walk in the door.       I applied for a HELOC and I constantly had to follow up with the bank every couple weeks to get updates. They took information from my tax return and the bank can't (or won't) explain why their numbers are incorrect. Nearly 6 months later they still can't explain why their numbers don't match my tax return, nor can they explain how they are calculating it on their end. Avoid.
