They were great when I needed them. I was doing business regarding minor's checks and was so nervous they would give me the run around like some banks have done before, but they treated me great and I had no problem. I hate when banks judge you and act like you're a fraud! It ruins the relationship between customer and bank. They did a good job, and I like the big bear in the lobby! :)

Bad experience with this two ladies , very disappointed, upset , got me running back and fort, they need to make sure they are in the same page when telling customers what they needed to bring when cashing a minor check , I have an account, my name was on the minors check , told me to bring birthcirtificate of my minor child and let her sign , so I did, then second I came back, this lady Liz, asking me to bring her Alaska ID and telling me that she's old enough to cash her check? Ah hello! She's a minor? What in the world is going on there? Get it together people!
