      I am extremely pleased with the service provided by this branch of First National Bank. Pam Hodges should be an example for all banking staff. I have had had the pleasure of being assisted by Pam and Celeste. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and very skilled. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I know most people only review when they have negative feedback, so I just want take a moment to say that I could not be happier with my service. My calls are always returned in a prompt and courteous manner. Thanks to the staff of First National Bank, Staton Square Branch.

      After 40 years of various real estate and loan transactions across assorted banking and lending organizations, I have to say they were the worst. What should be one of the most basic transactions to be done; getting a simple loan pay off amount was the most time consuming and frustrating process I have ever had the misfortune to go through. Lesson learned; will NEVER do business with this organization in the future and will warn others.

      Service here is so slow. I was in here for about 15 minutes just standing there with the 2 tellers just there talking and another one was helping out another client. It was much better when the other lady was here but she retired now.
