Umm yeah, after selling cars for a couple years I can definitely say this bank is probably the worst I have ever had to deal with. I am actually disgusted with this branch as a whole and would highly recommend going with a different bank if you want an auto loan. It’s not just about a loan it’s about the customer service. If you total your car and have gap coverage that is pending for a few weeks expect harassing phone calls 24-7 morning noon and night. To everyone in your whole entire family even tho they just got a 9000 check from the insurance. Saying they’re going to sue you over a pending gap payment that is coming in 2 weeks.. just saying there are for sure way more compassionate banks. Especially considering the covid 19 situation. Maybe consider shopping around.
